This disclaimer explains the limits of what our matching technology, member profiles, and platform can promise you, and what remains your own responsibility.

1. No guarantee of a match or marriage

SathioSathi is a technology platform that helps members discover compatible profiles. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that any match will lead to a relationship or marriage, or any specific outcome from using the service. Compatibility scores, "why we matched" explanations, and the 36-gunn astrology breakdown are algorithmic estimates and traditional astrological calculations presented as indicators to help your decision-making — they are not predictions, promises, or professional matchmaking guarantees.

2. Astrology is traditional, not scientific, guidance

The 36-gunn (Ashtakoot) compatibility score is computed using classical Vedic astrology rules based on birth details you provide. It is offered as an optional, traditional cultural reference some members find useful — it is not a scientific measure of relationship success and should not be treated as one.

3. Profile information is member-submitted

Profile details (age, education, occupation, income, family background, marital history, etc.) are entered by members themselves. While we verify email, mobile number, and — where a member chooses to complete it — Aadhaar, selfie, or video KYC, we do not independently verify every field on every profile. Trust badges reflect what has been verified, not a guarantee that all information on a profile is accurate or complete. You are responsible for independently verifying any details that matter to you — especially before making significant decisions — through your own diligence, family, or professional background-check services.

4. Not professional advice

Nothing on SathioSathi constitutes legal, financial, medical, immigration, or relationship-counselling advice. Decisions about marriage, family, or finances should be made with appropriate professional or family guidance, independent of anything shown on this platform.

5. Interactions and meetings are between members

Chat conversations, calls, and any in-person meetings arranged through SathioSathi are solely between the members involved. Neither Havteq Solutions Private Limited nor Webnytic Solutions is a party to, or responsible for, the conduct, statements, safety, or outcomes of any interaction between members, on or off the platform. Please review our Safety Center for guidance on meeting new people safely, and use the in-app Report/Block tools if you experience harassment, fraud, or inappropriate behaviour.

6. Third-party services

SathioSathi relies on trusted third-party providers to operate — including Razorpay for payment processing, Zoho ZeptoMail for transactional email, and SMS/WhatsApp and AI-matching infrastructure providers. Each of these providers operates under its own terms and privacy practices. We select providers we consider reliable, but we do not control and are not liable for their independent acts or service interruptions.

7. Service availability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service, and are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Havteq Solutions Private Limited nor Webnytic Solutions, nor their directors, employees, and affiliates, assumes any liability — direct, indirect, incidental or consequential — for decisions, actions or outcomes arising from a user's reliance on any match score, profile information, content or prediction generated by this platform, or from interactions with other members.
