The rules of the road

SathioSathi is a proprietary platform of Havteq Solutions Private Limited, operated under authorisation by Webnytic Solutions ("we", "us", "the Operator"). Havteq Solutions Private Limited has authorised Webnytic Solutions to operate, manage and process subscription payments for sathiosathi.com. These terms govern your use of the SathioSathi website and services.

1. Acceptance

By registering or using SathioSathi, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to marry under applicable law.

3. Your account & conduct

• Provide truthful information; keep it updated.
• Do not share another person's data, harass members, or attempt to extract personal information via chat.
• Do not misuse avatars or attempt to reverse-engineer identities.
• One account per person. Impersonation leads to immediate termination.

4. Matching & availability

AI and astrology scores are compatibility indicators, not guarantees. We do not guarantee marriage or any specific outcome. See our Disclaimer for full details.

5. Membership & payments

Subscriptions and payments for sathiosathi.com are operated and processed by Webnytic Solutions, using Razorpay as the secure payment processor. Pro is a monthly subscription (₹1,999/mo, incl. GST). Boosts are one-time purchases. Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions renew at the then-current price. By subscribing, you authorise Webnytic Solutions to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription amount on each billing cycle until you cancel.

All payment processing, including card/UPI/net-banking data capture, is handled directly by Razorpay under its own terms and PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. Neither Webnytic Solutions nor Havteq Solutions Private Limited stores your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials at any point.

6. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid cycle. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are credited in 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or compromise others' safety.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Havteq Solutions Private Limited nor Webnytic Solutions is liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from member interactions, meetings, or relationships formed through the platform. 9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Panchkula, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service.
